With fresh crêpes, French pop music and rows of warm pastries, Pascal Tepper French Bakery serves as an ideal brunch spot for NYU Abu Dhabi students. Whether for a roommate gathering or a Student Interest Group event, this hip dine-in bakery offers an elaborate buffet — complete with delicious salads, artisanal breads, pasta dishes, a popcorn station and chocolate fountain — all for 99 AED on Fridays from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. On other days, an additional à la carte menu is also available.
Pascal Tepper French Bakery has roots in rural France. It was founded by baker Pascal Tepper, who holds the title of Meilleur Ouvrier de France, denoting him as an accomplished artisanal baker. His growing network of urban bakery-cafés currently has two branches in the UAE: one in Dubai and another in Abu Dhabi.
Aside from its extensive brunch menu, Pascal Tepper has several separate stations available to buy from: one pastry station serves traditional croissants, pain au chocolat, a variety of éclairs and a delectable selection of thick, sweet macarons. An extra 17 AED can get you a large café latte for your dessert order, alongside a complimentary slice of melt-in-the-mouth chocolate brownie.
Elsewhere there is a live action salad station, where customers can choose from or build the most eclectic salad they can think of — think honey and raw nuts — and further in is an egg station and a crêpe station, providing a slew of scrumptious breakfast options.

Aside from being a stylish dining space, Pascal Tepper is also a great place to hold productive meetings. Any SIG get-togethers can easily be galvanized by shifting a session to this trendy bakery, with free WiFi, delicious meals and hot coffee on offer.
To visit Pascal Tepper French Bakery, catch a taxi from campus and tell the driver to go to the National Theater by Muroor Road in the Al Nayhan area. From there, direct your driver to the IPIC Tower just behind the theater; the bakery is located on the ground floor of the tower. Ask the tower’s security guard for help if needed, for the bakery’s signs are not immediately visible.
