This is an interview with Ruperto Chaparro, Director of Puerto Rico Sea Grant, a U.S. government program that funds marine research, education and outreach at the 2019 Aquatic Sciences Meeting hosted by the Association of Scientists in Limnology and Oceanography (ASLO).
