The privileges given to us are seemingly well-recognized, yet we often forget to check-in with them. NYUAD students can do a better job acknowledging the comparative privileges they have and confronting what life looks like without these privileges.
Finding something where you can grapple with the process, slow down and really fall in love is a favor for yourself. For me, film photography is representative of such activity.
